The challenge

Where things stood

Dashwood was paying 25–30% commission per order to third-party delivery apps, and had no direct relationship or data on their own repeat customers.

The approach

How we got there

01

Direct ordering app

Built an ordering app tied directly to Dashwood's POS, so orders route straight to the kitchen without a third-party markup.

02

Loyalty and repeat-order flow

Added a points-based loyalty system and one-tap reorder of a customer's last order to encourage direct app use over delivery marketplaces.

03

Kitchen display integration

Connected app orders to the existing kitchen display system so staff didn't need a second screen to manage a third channel.
