Meadowlark's members booked classes on a paper sign-up sheet at the front desk, so a popular class filled up before members arriving later in the day even knew it was full, and no-shows went untracked.

Built real-time class booking with automatic waitlists, so a canceled spot goes to the next member in line instead of staying empty.
Membership and payments in one place
Combined membership billing, class credits, and payment history into the same app instead of a separate system the front desk had to reconcile manually.

Added no-show tracking tied to membership terms, replacing an honor-system policy nobody was actually enforcing.
