Bellwood's agents had to email a webmaster every time a listing changed, which meant new listings sometimes sat unpublished for days during a hot market.
How we got there
Agent-facing CMS
Built a listings CMS scoped to what agents actually needed to edit — price, photos, status, open-house dates — without exposing page layout or code.
Virtual tour embeds
Integrated the 3D tour provider Bellwood already used so agents could paste one link instead of coordinating with dev for each listing.
Editorial workflow
Added a draft/publish state so listings could be prepped ahead of an open house and go live on a schedule instead of manually at the last minute.
