Where things stood
CitySeek was a new Miami rental brokerage entering a market run on Craigslist posts, MLS feeds, and spreadsheets, with no branded platform of its own for renters to discover listings or for property owners to list a unit without going through a third party.
How we got there
Neighborhood-first browsing
Built dedicated, Mapbox-powered pages for ten Miami neighborhoods — Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, Midtown, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, North Miami, and Sunny Isles — so renters browse by area instead of one long undifferentiated list.
AI-powered lifestyle-matching quiz
Added a seven-question quiz, backed by OpenAI, that matches renters to the right neighborhood based on budget, lifestyle, and commute, instead of leaving them to guess between ten options.
Self-serve owner portal
Gave property owners a way to list and manage units directly on the platform, replacing the manual, phone-and-email process CitySeek relied on at launch.
