Greymoor's four regional offices were each running slightly different versions of the same internal tools, so a permissions change in one office didn't reliably apply anywhere else.
How we got there
Single permissions model
Consolidated four regional variants into one permissions system, migrating each office's existing access rules instead of resetting everyone from scratch.
SSO rollout
Integrated single sign-on so access follows each employee's existing corporate identity rather than a separate login per office.
Phased regional rollout
Rolled out one region at a time over six weeks so support load stayed manageable and issues in one office didn't block the others.
