Where things stood
Anchor Bay tracked slip assignments and maintenance requests on a paper logbook and a dry-erase board, so double-booked slips and missed maintenance requests were a recurring, avoidable problem.
How we got there
Digital slip map
Built a visual slip map showing real-time occupancy and reservations, replacing the whiteboard with something the whole team could see at once.
Online reservations and waitlist
Let boat owners reserve and pay for a slip online, with an automatic waitlist for the marina's busiest weekends.
Maintenance request tracking
Added maintenance request logging tied to each slip and boat, so a request doesn't get lost between the dock staff who received it and the crew who has to act on it.
