Why Brightnest needed a WhatsApp booking system
Brightnest's customers already messaged them on WhatsApp, but every enquiry landed in one shared phone answered by two office staff. Replies took hours, quotes were typed out by hand, and bookings needed a follow-up call to confirm the address and a separate payment link, so many enquiries went cold before anyone answered.
How we built the WhatsApp AI agent
An AI assistant that replies in seconds
Connected Brightnest's number to the WhatsApp Business Platform and put an AI assistant on the front line. It answers questions about services, pricing, and availability around the clock, and works out what each customer needs with a few quick-reply questions instead of open-ended back-and-forth.
Booking forms inside the chat
Built native WhatsApp Flows for booking details (name, address, preferred date, and time slot), so customers fill in a short form without opening a website, and the answers land straight in Brightnest's booking system with no retyping.
Quotes, payment, and confirmation in one thread
The bot prices the job from the customer's answers, sends an itemized order summary with a secure pay button, and confirms the booking the moment payment clears. Reminders and on-the-way updates follow in the same chat, and any conversation can be handed to a person with one tap.
